PVC coated barbed wire combines barbed wire fencing with a protective plastic coating. It consists of sharp barbs securely attached to a central wire.

 

Material and Construction

A layer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic is applied to galvanized or plain steel wire using an extrusion process. This seals the wire and affixed barbs.
