Razor Wire: A Security Enhancement for Perimeter Protection

 

Razor wire, also called concertina wire, upgrades traditional barbed wire fencing to provide enhanced protection. Its pointed ribbon-like blades form an intimidating barrier.

 

Materials and Construction

Manufactured using corrosion-resistant galvanized steel or stainless steel, razor wire is constructed with high tensile strength core wires for durability. Blade profiles are available in various sizes.

 

Configurations

  • Coiled razor wire rolls and straight razor belts for continuous fencing installations.
  • Expanding concertina style for stacking on barriers or walls.
  • Prefabricated welded wire sheets for quick assembly.
     

Applications

Commonly deployed as a reinforced topping on metal fences and walls surrounding critical facilities. Deters intruders with its dense arrangement of sharp protruding blades. Also used alone for perimeter security where a strong visible deterrent is required.

1. Normal hot dipped galvanized razor wire(40-60g)

2. Heavily zinc coated razor wire (70-270g)

Clips of concertina wire: 3clips, 5clips or without clips

Coil Diameter of concertina wire: 300mm 450mm 500mm 600mm 700mm 800mm 950mm 1000mm

 

Package of razor wires:

1. Waterproof paper inside, woven bag outside, then 50rolls/bundle or as required

2. Nude package, then packing by wooden pallet or in bulk
